Shipping Policy

All orders are sent via Australia Post including insurance and signature on delivery free of charge. Please allow up to 2 business days once the digital label sample has been approved for orders to be processed and shipped. Estimated delivery times are listed below, however deliveries to rural areas may take longer. Please note we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.

New South Wales – 2 – 4 business days

Victoria – 2 – 4 business days

Queensland – 2 – 4 business days

South Australia – 3 – 5 business days

Western Australia – 5 – 7 business days

Tasmania – 3 – 5 business days

Australian Capital Territory – 2 – 4 business days

Northern Territory – 5 – 7 business days

Returns & Exchange Policy

Returns or exchanges are not permitted for change of mind. Once the order has been placed, no changes can be made. Whisky Galore Australia is not responsible for the quality of the final product as they are not responsible for the quality of any images provided. In the unlikely event that a product is faulty, an exchange or refund will be issued where possible.
